The blink-and-miss picture of Ileana holding a pregnancy test kit sparked excitement and pregnancy rumours among fans.

However, Ileana didn’t confirm the news then. Instead, she waited until now to put the rumours to rest. In her recent Instagram posts, she mentioned hints at a second baby, such as holding a positive pregnancy stick in October. In January, she wrote, “Love. Peace. Kindness. Here’s hoping 2025 is all that and so much more.”

Ileana’s first pregnancy
